A4E is joining BESCO, the Bulgarian startup association

The organization aims to make Bulgaria a leading European start-up incubator

A4E is joining BESCO, the Bulgarian startup association which has nearly 450 members. They are united by the common goal of improving the entrepreneurial environment in Bulgaria. The organization is actively working to achieve specific legislative and administrative changes aiming to improve the ecosystem in Bulgaria. The regulation of a startup visa for Bulgaria, the regulation in the Commercial Law of vesting agreements, the regulation of convertible loans and so-called Option Pool, as well as the ability of establishing contractual joint stock company are among them. BESCO is also working on changes in the audit procedures for start-ups, start-ups and entrepreneurial organizations access to the facilities and resources of Sofia Tech Park, accelerating the procedure for liquidation of companies, etc.
